02 Aug Planned Parenthood Action Fundraiser

On July 11th, Women for Progress proudly co-hosted, with NJ Freeholder Chairwoman, Tracy Zur, a Planned Parenthood Action Fund fundraiser. $12,750 was raised to benefit PPAF. Passionate Planned Parenthood supporters, including WFP’s Women’s Health Committee, gathered at Tracy Zur’s beautiful home and enjoyed a night of inspiring speakers, food, and drink. PP’s NJ Advocacy Director Christine Sadovy, State Field Director Sean Hoey, and Major Gifts Officer, Julia Fahl spoke at the event, informing attendees on how to7get involved in defending reproductive rights and family planning in New Jersey. In attendance were NJ Senator Bob Gordon, several candidates from Districts 39 and 40, and multiple women running for town council in 2018. The number of women sporting signature pink cat ear headbands was proof that New Jersey women will NOT back down in defending their right to family planning services!
