Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action, wants to get out the vote in Bergen County

The army of Type A, badass women has work to do.

From now until Nov. 6, they need to make calls or knock on doors or register people to vote or figure out how to get people to the polls, said Shannon Watts, founder of the grassroots gun control group Moms Demand Action, on Wednesday.

“Anything can happen on Nov. 6 but it’s up to us to make it happen,” Watts said. “Imagine waking up on Nov. 7 and having at least a gun-sense House of Representatives and gun-sense governors. Look at what has happened in your state. Imagine that happening in other states.”
