25 May Wyckoff nonprofit hosts ‘Sweets for Syria’ fundraising event
New Jerseyans band together to help people in Syria.
The Wyckoff-based group, Women For Progress, will host a fundraising event tonight called ‘Sweets for Syria.’
It’ll feature all sorts of tasty desserts from places in Ridgewood and Glen Rock.
There will also be an auction for a hockey stick signed by the New York Rangers.
It’s set for 7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood.
Women For Progress is a nonprofit that brings awareness to human rights and equality for women.
